Every week, you will reflect on the work you have done on your thesis. This should be quick (15 minutes or so) process.

After the first week, I would also like you to revise your thesis plan if it needs revising. This may be as simple as shifting some dates around, or it may involve rewriting the proposal portion if significant shifts have occurred.

Your reflection should include the following:

• A summary of what you did this week. Include a rough approximation of how much time you spent working on your thesis (it would be helpful to track your time as you go rather than guessing at the end of the week)
• A reflection on the thesis experience. What were your successes? What were your frustrations? What did you learn about yourself as a researcher? Were you able to accomplish the goals on your schedule? Why or why not?
• What revisions did you make to your plan?
