Also, if your physics is rusty (or you never had a course in basic mechanics), I recommend you read chapters one and two of The Nature of Code. We will cover much of it in class, but the chapters will provide you with another reference.

1. The section notes that while simulation may use parameterization, it is a fundamentally different technique. In your own words, what is the core difference about simulation?
