Information on installing Python, Pygame, and Wing IDE 101
If you want to run python on your own computer,
download and install for Windows [or Mac]:
- Python 2.7.3
- Windows Installer [Mac: Mac Installer for your version of OS X]; use the 32-bit versions,
otherwise pygame won't work later on!
- Pygame
(you won't need this until the end of the semester)
- Use pygame-1.9.2a0.win32-py2.7.msi [Mac:
pygame-1.9.1release-python.org-32bit-py2.7-macosx10.3.dmg]
- Wing IDE 101 - Windows version [Mac: OS X Intel version]
