Analytic Arts Lab

The Analytic Arts Lab is a research group in the Middlebury College Computer Science Department run by Christopher Andrews. The primary thread connecting the lab's projects is a desire to support human cognition and creativity through technology. More specifically, the lab focuses on visual analytics and computational art.

    MiddGuard is a framework for building bespoke web-based visual analytics tools. The framework provides scaffolding for connecting a collection of custom views together. A dataflow model links the front and back ends, allowing the user to easily link visualization views and backend computation modules.
